This is the stall with the longest line in Maxwell Food Centre. The poached chicken has springy skin and moist meat, and the rice, cooked in chicken stock and fat, is good enough to eat on its own. It comes with chilli sauce and a sweet-salty soy. Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide, and plates start at S$5, which is rare value in Singapore. The queue looks long but moves fast because the chicken is pre-cut.
