One of the best-known names for chilli crab. The Riverside Point branch opened in 2002 right on the Singapore River, so you eat with Clarke Quay's lights across the water. The sweet, tangy, mildly hot chilli sauce comes in quantity, and the done thing is to order fried mantou buns to mop it up. Peppery black pepper crab and cereal prawns are the usual sidekicks. Crab is priced by weight at market rates, so ask the size and price before you order.
