Step off the Pub Street noise and down an alley to an old wooden house. The menu rotates every two weeks, with home-style plates like pan-grilled Tonle Sap goby or fish with vermicelli in a clay pot. The lane is easy to miss on foot, so phone ahead and they can send a tuk-tuk. Cooking classes run here too.
