Chef Seng Sothea's Khmer restaurant, supplied by an organic farm 3 km away where he also runs cooking classes. A wooden house among ponds and trees, worth the tuk-tuk ride. Reviews keep naming the beef lok lak, amok, braised fish, frog and pumpkin custard.
