Address
The big top on Ring Road, just south of the Sok San Road junction

Under the big top the front row is a few steps from the ring. Acrobats climb into human towers, throw each other through the air, and live music and acting carry the story between stunts. Each show has its own plot, rooted in Cambodian life and history, and you follow it fine without a word of Khmer. The performers come from Phare Ponleu Selpak, the arts school in Battambang founded by young men who'd learned to draw in refugee camps after the civil war, and ticket money goes back to it, which is part of why people come.
