Opened in 2012 by the NGO Friends International as a training restaurant: young people from tough backgrounds learn to cook and serve here, and profits fund child programs in Siem Reap. An old house in a leafy garden, cool even at midday. Reviews mention the lotus-and-jackfruit hummus, lemongrass grilled chicken with Khmer pickles, and mango sticky rice.
