Opened in mid-2024, this gelato shop turns Chinese herbs and desserts into ice cream. The case holds black-sesame tangyuan, black glutinous rice, yam with angelica and goji, ginger and cinnamon, and pistachio with chrysanthemum. Sugar is cut right back so the finish is clean, and staff push samples on you before you choose. There's grass jelly too, if gelato isn't your thing.
