A neighbourhood noodle shop for over 30 years, now reopened at 107 Sinan Road. Toppings only hit the wok once you order, then go straight onto the noodles. Michelin's pick is cuttlefish stir-fried with salty pickled greens, served in broth or tossed dry. At lunchtime people stand inside and out, waiting to pounce on a free stool.
