Singaporean couple Gerard and Lisa run this gelato shop, long the first name Shanghai gelato fans give you. Alongside solid basics, salted caramel, amarena cherry, 75% chocolate fondant, purple yam, come seasonal curveballs like Shanghai scallion-oil noodles. Singaporean specials such as Musang King durian and kaya toast turn up now and then. The North Shaanxi Road flagship has the most seasonal flavours; there's another shop at Zhangyuan.
