It sits in San Lorenzo, off the tourist loop, yet the bar and terrace fill as soon as the doors open. One side is a standing tapas bar, the other a restaurant that takes bookings. The yema sobre bizcocho, an egg yolk on a mushroom sponge, is billed as a Seville tapas-contest winner, and the crisp cigarro para Bécquer comes as its usual partner. The honey-glazed ribs are a regular order.
