A small family bar in El Arenal. One food guide calls its salmorejo the yardstick for the whole city: tomato, bread and olive oil blended smooth and served cold. The other draw is the pringá montadito, a little roll stuffed with meats shredded from a slow stew. It's mostly standing room, and the two-tops at the back are gone by 1:30pm.
