An old sujebi house on the Samcheong-dong road, known for a single bowl. The anchovy broth is clear with no fishy edge, and the dough is torn thin so it slides down easily. A potato pancake of nothing but grated potato is the usual partner. It has appeared on the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand list.
