Inside Sindang Jungang Market, a red awning marks this tiny vegan spot. Every dish starts from a bracken-oil sauce. The bracken-perilla bibim noodles come topped with perilla powder, chickpea hummus and spicy veggie chili oil, and there is a Taiwanese-style pancake with bracken chili sauce. In 2026 it won both a Bib Gourmand and a Green Star.
