A kalguksu specialist holding its ground in the middle of Myeongdong's shopping streets. Thin noodles go into a rich chicken broth, topped with minced meat and four little dumplings. The kimchi on the side is loaded with raw garlic, fiery and sharp, and some people come back just for that. Tables turn fast, so long lines move quickly, and extra noodles and broth are free on request.
