This pyeongyang naengmyeon name moved out of the Euljiro redevelopment and reopened in Nakwon-dong, Jongno. Buckwheat noodles come in a light, cold broth, with vinegar, mustard and chili on the side so you tune it yourself. Plenty of tables order sliced pork or brisket and a daytime drink.
