Smoke from the charcoal reaches you before the door does. Staff grill the pork-neck ribs at the table, so all you do is eat. The usual rhythm is meat first, then a bowl of pyeongyang naengmyeon to finish: deep broth, chewy noodles. Hanwoo cuts, seolleongtang and gomtang are on the menu too, and with main, annex and new buildings, a big group usually finds seats.
