The factory-cum-theme-park of Ishiya, maker of Shiroi Koibito, Hokkaido's best-known souvenir biscuit. Mock-Tudor buildings, a rose garden and a clock tower make it feel more like a small amusement park than a plant. In the paid area you watch biscuits roll down the packing line through glass, and can decorate a heart-shaped box with chocolate pens or ice your own cookies. The factory section reopened after a renewal on 30 July 2026. About 20-odd minutes by subway from downtown, it fits a half day.
