The cafe shares a SoMa warehouse with the roasting machines. The ceiling is high and the light comes in long, so the mezzanine seats looking down on the roaster go first. The menu runs from drip and pour-over to lattes and cortados, and beans are sold by the bag. Some days there are free public cuppings and brewing classes.
