The restaurant sits inside the glass-and-steel Hangar-7 beside the airport. Each month a different guest chef takes over the kitchen, so the menu depends on when you book. Tables stand among vintage aircraft and Red Bull racing machines. It is tasting-menu dining and one of the hardest reservations in Austria.
