Saipan has no Starbucks, so when Garapan wants coffee, it mostly comes here. The two-story black-and-wood building has big windows and plenty of seats, split between islanders on laptops and shoppers taking a break. The sea-salt americano, topped with a salty cream, is what most visitors order. Croissant sandwiches and pastries make it a decent breakfast stop. Upstairs is much quieter.
