Supplì are Rome's snack of tomato risotto, breaded and fried; pull one apart and the mozzarella stretches like a phone cord, hence 'supplì al telefono'. This shop is named for them and sells classic, cacio e pepe, amatriciana and carbonara versions at €3 each (official). There are a few sofas inside for a quick sit, and plenty of people finish with crema fritta, fried custard, for €2.50.
