The front is a deli: legs of prosciutto, wheels of cheese and wine bottles up the walls, with tables tucked between the counters and further back. It is a fourth-generation family business. The menu says the carbonara uses mezze maniche, house-cured guanciale, a blend of three peppers and eggs from Paolo Parisi's farm. On the June 2026 menu, carbonara is €18 and cacio e pepe €16. The Michelin Guide warns it is hard to get a table without booking, and it means it.
