The place that turned cacio e pepe into a floor show. Tonnarelli arrive under a mound of grated pecorino, and a server whips cheese and pasta water into a cream right at your table. The menu tells the story: Felice opened it with his father at 15, and it passed 80 years in 2016; the first page carries a poem Roberto Benigni wrote for him. There is also a different Roman home-cooking menu for each day of the week. Branches now exist in Milan and Turin.
