Walk in between turf-roofed stone walls and the lagoon simply runs out to meet the sea. Sitting in the warm water staring at the Atlantic, the edge seems to disappear. The main event is the Skjól ritual, seven steps in order: lagoon, cold plunge, a sauna with a whole wall of glass facing the ocean, cold fog, body scrub, steam, shower. It's close to town, which makes it an easy first-night or last-night plan.
