A giant block of glass dropped on the waterfront. Up close the walls turn out to be hundreds of hexagonal panes, each picking up a slightly different colour as the light shifts. You can walk into the lobby without a ticket, and climbing the stairs past the glass lattice, with the harbour and Mount Esja behind it, is basically a free viewpoint. It's a good place to dry off on a wet day, and after dark the facade lights up over the water.
