A New Zealand restaurant from chef Josh Emett, who cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens, and local restaurateur Fleur Caulton. It's named for a native tree and panelled in timber that echoes South Island country. Seasonal Central Otago lamb and venison lead the menu, and it was listed in the first MICHELIN Guide New Zealand in 2026. It's a popular pick for a last night or an anniversary dinner.
