Low huts huddle under willows by the creek, some tucked right against the rock. This is where Chinese miners lived two to six to a house during the gold years. A few have been restored so you can step inside, and Ah Lum's store served as bank and meeting place. With the information panels it takes about 40 minutes, and it is free.
