Prague again, this time from the water. Boats leave from beside Čech Bridge, push upstream and slide under the arches of Charles Bridge, and as you look up the whole castle rises over the hill. The basic 50-minute loop turns back around the National Theatre, with Wi-Fi plus audio and printed guides so you can name each building as it goes by. The Devil's Channel route squeezes into the narrow Čertovka beside Kampa Island, past the mill wheel and old house walls close enough to touch. Take an evening sailing and you catch the bridges and castle as the lights come on.
