A single terrace sits on the hilltop northwest of Phuket Town. Below, the red-tiled roofs of Old Town spread out, and far off on the southern ridge the Big Buddha shows up as a tiny white mark. At dusk people line the railing to watch the city lights come on. A hillside café next door lets you have dinner with the same view. Entry is free.
