Stand at the railing on top and the whole of Pattaya Bay fits into one frame, from Bali Hai Pier on the left to Naklua on the right. On the slope just below, Hollywood-style letters spell out PATTAYA CITY, and everyone shoots the bay over them. At sunset the sun drops toward the sea, the bay turns orange, and then the Beach Road lights flick on one by one. Entry is free and there's a small café up top. Most people pair it with the Big Buddha temple on the same hill.
