A high-rise sitting on top of Central Festival, halfway along Beach Road. It opened in 2010 and was renovated in 2020 (Trip.com). Rooms, pool and breakfast room all face the water, so the whole curve of Pattaya Bay is in view wherever you are. Guests keep saying the same thing: take the lift down and you're in the mall, so food, massages and shopping happen without stepping into the rain. Horizon, the rooftop bar on the 34th floor, pulls in non-guests for the night view.
