Tadao Ando dropped a concrete cylinder into the middle of what used to be a grain exchange. Climb it and you circle the 19th-century painted dome at eye level. Shows are drawn from the Pinault Collection of contemporary art and change often. There is a performance hall below and a restaurant under the roof. It sits between Les Halles and the Louvre, easy to walk to.
