The Art Nouveau dining room opened in 1903 and has been a bouillon again since 2018. Inside you get peacock motifs, glass panels of women in the style of Mucha, and a mahogany counter. The room has been a listed monument since 1997. The plates are classics, snails, roast chicken, sausage, with starters around €4–6 and mains in the low teens, so the room is practically free.
