The Paris branch of the European hostel chain, opened in 2015. The lobby has a 'GENERATOR' sign studded with marquee bulbs over a reception desk in bold primary-colour shapes, so most people take a photo before checking in. There are 4- to 10-bed dorms (mixed and female-only) plus private rooms, and many dorms have their own toilet and shower. Line 2 is at the door, running straight to Montmartre and the Arc de Triomphe area.
