A round arched gate and softly curving stone walls sit on a small rise. The castle dates to the early 1400s, and the walls bend like a wave instead of running straight. Climb up and the sea opens out beyond the Yomitan fields. It draws far fewer people than the famous castles, so you can watch the stone change colour at sunset more or less alone.
