A small shop near the pottery workshops of Tsuboya serving Okinawa soba with a modern hand. The bonito broth stays classic; the toppings and noodles get the creative treatment, which makes it a fun comparison with an old-school bowl. The house 'BUNBUN soba' is the one to order. It's walkable from Kokusai-dori and open until 20:00, much easier to time than Shuri Soba.
