A small wooden café on a sea wall on the south coast. Sit at the seaward counter and the window frame opens straight onto shallow water. At high tide it laps below you; at low tide the coral rock and flats come out and people wander across them. You come for that window seat more than the food, and at the 8:00 opening you can have the sea almost to yourself.
