Address
The rocky corner where the seafront wraps around Castle Hill toward the port (Rauba Capeu), and Port Lympia beyond it

Follow the seafront to its eastern end and the path bends around the rock face of Castle Hill. This corner is Rauba Capeu, Niçois for 'hat-snatcher', named for the wind that whips round it. Pass the huge white war memorial cut into the cliff, look back for the whole bay, and a few minutes later you're at Port Lympia, where yellow, orange and pink houses frame yachts and little wooden fishing boats. At the far end stands Notre-Dame-du-Port, fronted like a Greek temple. It's the stretch where the beach crowds suddenly thin out.
