Two small rooms on an old-town lane, with the chef cooking in plain view in a tiny kitchen at the end of the bar. As the name says, it's built on Nice olives, purple artichokes and market produce, with dishes that rework local flavours: a wafer-thin pissaladière-style tart, braised veal with creamy chickpeas. It's on the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand list. If La Merenda is old-school Niçois, this is the modern take.
