Top floors of the Premier Havana hotel, 38 Tran Phu

Take the lift to the top of the Havana and Tran Phu Beach curves away below the glass railing, with the Hon Tre cable-car lights strung across the water. Around sunset it fills with people holding cocktails, and later the DJ turns it up and it becomes a club. There aren't many places in town this high with the whole bay in view.
