A Japanese-founded pizza chain found all over Vietnam, built around burrata from its own dairy. The best seller is a chewy wood-fired base with a whole roasted burrata on top. It's a good break when you've had enough noodles, and especially popular with families. Turn up without a booking and you may land on the hot, noisy terrace.
