An old beef phở shop in the streets behind the beach. Rich, clean broth with heaps of bean sprouts and herbs. The real draw is the jar of house chilli sauce on every table; plenty of people say the bowl isn't finished until you add a spoonful. It's open-fronted and warm, and the staff are brisk.
