A hot-stone pot of boiling broth arrives first; you drop in raw beef and noodles and cook them shabu-shabu style. The broth is rich and beefy, and the noodles are made in-house. It opens at 6 a.m., which makes it a good breakfast or hangover stop. No air-con, though, and with the stone pot going it gets very warm.
