Doyers Street bends like an elbow, and halfway down there is a green awning and a red sign. The parlor opened in 1920, and the booths, tile floor and old-diner mood are still there. Carts used to roam the room; now you tick boxes on an order sheet. Pick a few dumplings and a roast pork bun, share a pot of tea, and it makes a good pause in a Chinatown walk.
