A soft-tofu stew specialist in the middle of Koreatown's 32nd Street, part of a Korean-American chain that began in Los Angeles in 1996. Bubbling stone pots of sundubu arrive with side dishes, which they refill for free. It's a good pick once burgers and pizza wear thin, and locals fill it too, so there are dinner queues. It's close to the Empire State Building and stays open until 5am on Fridays and Saturdays.
