Separated from Isuien by a small stream, this garden sits on the site of a former Kofuku-ji sub-temple. It comes in three parts: a pond garden, a moss garden carpeted in sugi-goke, and a small garden in front of the tea house. When light filters through the trees in the moss garden, the green almost glows. It's free and still uncrowded, so many people do it together with Isuien.
