Open since 1880, one of Milan's oldest trattorias; the name recalls the public weighing station that once stood here. In a wood-panelled room hung with old photos, it serves the bone-in costoletta, saffron risotto with ossobuco and, in winter, cassoeula, the pork and cabbage stew. A natural dinner before a night on Corso Como.
