A giant integrated resort on Manila Bay reclaimed land, opened in 2017 with 1,184 rooms, closer to a small town than a hotel. After dark the fountain out front dances to music, and the Cove indoor beach club, casino and restaurants all sit under one roof. Reviews keep mentioning big rooms and big bathtubs. It's far from the sights, so treat it as a stay-in-and-relax base.
