Look up from across the street and one whole wall is leaves. The botanist Patrick Blanc planted it: some 15,000 plants of 250 species, growing without soil. Next to it an old brick building has been made to look as if it floats off the ground. Inside are rotating exhibitions, but the garden photo costs nothing from the pavement. A good stop when you have 30 spare minutes after the Prado.
