Opened in May 1888 by an Asturian businessman who named it after his hometown. For decades writers and artists argued here, hence the literary label. The inner hall is dark and calm, and the terrace under the boulevard trees is a good seat in spring and autumn. A handy stop between Paseo del Arte museums.
